Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), we’ll also cover the return shipping cost.
- Refunds are processed once we’ve received and inspected the returned item. Please allow up to four weeks in total, though it is often quicker.

Shipping within New Zealand
- Domestic shipping rates are shown in our checkout, starting from $7 for 1 book.
- Orders are shipped from our New Zealand warehouse.

- All parcels to Australia are sent via DHL Express.
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on the number of books in your order and the DHL Express charges.
- Delivery is typically 3–6 working days.

Shipping to the Rest of the World
- International orders sent outside New Zealand and Australia are sent via DHL Express Worldwide.
